Shanghai within the 1930s was referred to as the Paris of the East. One restaurant that’s capturing that flavour is Shanghai Me in Dubai’s monetary district. Exuding the environment the Orient, this institution gives a novel eating expertise. Euronews’ Evan Bourke paid a go to to fulfill Head Chef Shane Macneill, who cooked one of many restaurant’s signature dishes, black cod.
